B-Monitor ("אנחנו", "השירות") היא אפליקציית נוכחות וסידור עבודה לעובדים ולמנהלים בעסקים קטנים ובינוניים. מסמך זה מסביר אילו נתונים אנו אוספים, כיצד אנו משתמשים בהם, וכיצד ניתן לפנות אלינו בנוגע לפרטיותכם.
מידע שאנו אוספים
- פרטי חשבון: שם, כתובת אימייל, טלפון, ופרטי מקום העבודה שלכם, בעת ההרשמה לשירות.
- נתוני נוכחות וסידור עבודה: שעות כניסה ויציאה, סידור עבודה, בקשות היעדרות והעדפות, ותלושי שכר, לפי ההרשאות שהוגדרו לכם.
- מיקום: כאשר אתם משתמשים באפליקציה להחתמת שעון נוכחות, אנו אוספים את מיקום המכשיר בזמן ההחתמה בלבד, כדי לצרף אסמכתא למקום ההחתמה. מיקום אינו נאסף ברקע ואינו נשמר מעבר לכך.
- NFC: האפליקציה קוראת תגי NFC רשומים מראש (נקודות החתמה פיזיות) לצורך זיהוי החתמת נוכחות בלבד. לא נאסף מידע אחר דרך NFC.
- התראות Push: אם אישרתם קבלת התראות, אנו שולחים התראות על עדכונים רלוונטיים לחשבונכם (הודעות, בקשות לאישור, וכדומה) דרך שירותי ההתראות של Apple ו-Google.
- נתוני שימוש טכניים: לוגים טכניים לצורך אבחון תקלות ואבטחת המערכת.
כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע
המידע משמש אך ורק להפעלת השירות עבורכם: הצגת סידור העבודה ונתוני הנוכחות שלכם, שליחת עדכונים והתראות, ותמיכה טכנית. אנו לא מוכרים מידע אישי לצדדים שלישיים, ולא משתמשים בו למטרות פרסום.
שיתוף מידע עם ספקי צד שלישי
לצורך הפעלת השירות אנו נעזרים בספקים הבאים, שמקבלים גישה מוגבלת למידע הנדרש לתפקידם בלבד.
- Railway אחסון בסיס הנתונים והפעלת השרתים.
- Cloudflare R2 אחסון קבצים, כגון תלושי שכר.
- Resend שליחת הודעות דוא"ל.
אבטחת מידע
מידע רגיש מוצפן במנוחה. הגישה למידע מוגבלת לפי הרשאות תפקיד בתוך הארגון שלכם, ובין ארגונים שונים המשתמשים בשירות הנתונים מבודדים לחלוטין.
שמירה ומחיקת מידע
המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון פעיל. לבקשת מחיקת חשבון או מידע אישי, ניתן לפנות אלינו דרך טופס יצירת הקשר.
קטינים
השירות אינו מיועד לשימוש על ידי קטינים מתחת לגיל 16, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע מקטינים.
שינויים במדיניות
ייתכן שנעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יפורסמו בעמוד זה.

B-Monitor ("we", "the Service") is an employee attendance and scheduling app for small and medium sized businesses and their managers. This document explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us regarding your privacy.
Information We Collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, and your workplace details, provided at signup.
- Attendance and schedule data: clock in and clock out times, work schedule, absence and preference requests, and payslips, according to your permissions.
- Location: when you use the app to clock in or out, we collect the device's location at that moment only, to attach evidence of the clock in location. Location is not collected in the background and is not retained beyond that record.
- NFC: the app reads pre registered NFC tags (physical attendance points) solely to identify an attendance clock in. No other data is collected via NFC.
- Push notifications: if you have enabled notifications, we send updates relevant to your account (messages, approval requests, and similar) via Apple's and Google's notification services.
- Technical usage data: technical logs for troubleshooting and system security.
How We Use Information
Information is used solely to operate the Service for you: displaying your schedule and attendance data, sending updates and notifications, and technical support. We do not sell personal information to third parties, and do not use it for advertising purposes.
Sharing Information with Third Party Providers
To operate the Service, we rely on the following providers, each of which receives only the access required for its role.
- Railway database hosting and server operation.
- Cloudflare R2 file storage, such as payslips.
- Resend email delivery.
Data Security
Sensitive information is encrypted at rest. Access to data is restricted by role within your organization, and data belonging to different organizations using the Service is fully isolated from one another.
Data Retention and Deletion
Information is retained as long as the account is active. To request account or personal data deletion, please contact us via the contact form.
Children
The Service is not intended for use by children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
